At Muming’s Tea Whisper, our Pu-erh teas are sourced from the core mountain regions of Yunnan, including Xishuangbanna, Lincang, and Pu’er itself. We offer both raw (sheng) and ripe (shou) Pu-erh, crafted from old-growth trees and high-mountain arbor varietals, using traditional stone-pressed methods. We never artificially accelerate fermentation—each tea is naturally aged, allowing time to do its quiet work.

In traditional Chinese medicine (TCM):

Ripe Pu-erh (shou) is warming and nourishing, believed to aid digestion, reduce internal dampness, lower cholesterol, and soothe the stomach.

Raw Pu-erh (sheng) is cooler in nature, often used to clear internal heat (xiahuo), support detox, aid bowel movements, and reduce inflammation.
