Product Description:
Phoenix Dancong is a traditional high-aroma oolong tea originating from the Phoenix Mountains in Guangdong. It is renowned for its diverse natural fragrance types, and the Jasmine Aroma variety is one of the most refreshing and elegant.

Unlike traditionally scented jasmine teas that are infused with jasmine flowers, this tea carries a jasmine-like fragrance naturally derived from the tea cultivar itself—pure, floral, and surprisingly authentic.

This selection is crafted from spring-picked tender leaves of old mountain tea trees and undergoes light oxidation and traditional charcoal roasting. The dry leaves are tightly twisted and glossy, and when brewed, the liquor appears golden and clear, with an enchanting floral aroma rising from the cup.

In the first few infusions, the tea presents a dominant jasmine floral note complemented by soft fruit and peach-like sweetness. As brewing progresses, the aroma fades into a mellow tea base with a smooth, full-bodied texture and minimal bitterness or astringency. The overall style is natural, gentle, and layered in flavor.

Best prepared using the gongfu brewing method with a gaiwan to fully release its elegant aroma and rich taste—ideal for a quiet afternoon or serving esteemed guests.
