Mengding Ganlu is a historic high-mountain green tea from China, with origins tracing back to the Western Han Dynasty. Revered as a “Celestial Tea” and once used as imperial tribute, it is one of the oldest and most prestigious Chinese green teas.

This tea is crafted from carefully handpicked one-bud-one-leaf spring shoots grown in the misty peaks of Mengding Mountain. The leaves are pan-fired by traditional methods to preserve their natural aroma and appearance.

The dry leaves are fine, curly, and covered with delicate white fuzz. Once brewed, the tea yields a bright yellow-green liquor, with a crisp, refreshing aroma that combines floral elegance with subtle roasted chestnut notes.
